Her humanitarian involvement during the Ukraine conflict and in Syria deepened her commitment to making psychological care accessible in the world's most fragile contexts.

She is the Founder of Heal & Revive — an international mental wellness platform active in 60+ countries — and Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Women Flourish Magazine, an international publication dedicated to amplifying women's voices and leadership. She also founded The Seafarer's Mind newsletter, addressing the underserved mental health needs of maritime professionals.

A UN Volunteer and International Youth Summit speaker, Shikha holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, a background in Computer Science and Business Administration, and certifications in CBT, EMDR, NLP, REBT, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
