• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: No refund. Reschedule at our discretion
• No-show: Full session fee applies, no refund

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions

Applies to Women Flourish Magazine, Beyond the Surface, and The Seafarer’s Mind:

• Cancel anytime. Takes effect at end of current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions
• Erroneous charges: contact us within 14 days

Speaking & Workshops

• 30+ days notice: Full refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• Under 14 days: No refund unless force majeure
